Purchases & ads
Restore purchases
Use the same Google account you bought with, then open Settings → Purchases & privacy → Restore purchases. Remove Ads and the Commander's Edition come back automatically.
Remove the ads
Tap the gold Remove Ads button in the main menu, or open Settings → Purchases & privacy. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Refunds
Google Play processes all payments, so refunds go through Google: open your Google Play order history or see Google's refund help.
When do ads appear?
Only at the break after a finished battle, never during one, and your first battles are ad-free. Watching an ad is always optional for rewards like Double XP.
Privacy settings
- Ad privacy choices: in regions where it applies (such as the EEA and UK), Settings → Ad privacy choices reopens Google's consent form.
- Usage statistics and crash reports: Settings → Share usage data turns them on or off.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your phone's Android settings (usually under Privacy → Ads).

Progress & saves
Your campaign progress, rank, medals and saved battles are stored on your device, and battles save automatically, so you can close the game mid-fight and continue later. If Android backup is on, Android can bring your progress back on a new phone signed in to the same Google account. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage erases local progress; purchases can always be restored.

Found something broken? Email info@foxvalleydigital.com and include:
- your phone or tablet model and Android version,
- the game version (shown at the bottom right of the main menu, for example v1.3.1),
- what you were doing, and a screenshot if you can.
